Emotional wellbeing is a must in life — especially in the chaotic, stressful world in which we live.
You need to feed your soul at least once a week, if not every day. As professional women, it's your responsibility to do so. It's a 'must have', not a 'nice to have.'

Take this quick 'emotional wellbeing' test. Unless you can answer 'yes' to all these questions, you may need to take time to adjust your 'mojo'.

Have you nourished your 'being' this week?  Have you stopped to smell the roses?

Do you feel you're resilient enough to meet challenges at work?

Is stress or depression stopping you from making the most of your free time?

Emotional wellbeing means having the inner strength, resilience and self-esteem to cope with life's problems and challenges, and making the most of life's opportunities.
