There's nothing like a good belly laugh to brighten your day.
Laughter is the best medicine, so spend time with people who make you smile 'including at work 'it's good for your soul and it's great for the atmosphere in the office.

Tips for getting a giggle:
  • clip out cartoons or amusing articles and share them with colleagues over coffee
  • tell a funny story about yourself
  • buy a joke book and take turns reading out one tasteful joke a day
  • keep perspective at work 'look for the humour in situations and help others see it too.
