Want more women at the top? APPOINT THEM. Current judgements about women's suitability for leadership roles are grounded in bias and discrimination. The only way things will change is if we make it too uncomfortable to maintain the status quo. It's time we amplified our voices, caused some discomfort and changed the status quo: 40:60:80 by 2020?
